The ACLU of Missouri is dedicated to reclaiming constitutional and civil rights for all Missourians, regardless of immigrations status.

More than 225,000 people across Missouri are foreign-born.

Our state has a rich history of immigration. The Kansas City area has long been home to a Latino community that started in the frontier days on the Santa Fe Trail. St. Louis is also home to a growing Hispanic population, as well as a community of 50,000 Bosnians. Towns such as New Melle and Westphalia were by founded German immigrants.

The ACLU of Missouri works to protect the rights and liberties of immigrants across the state.
