Board Member

Rob is an attorney, court-appointed mediator, global financial executive and community volunteer. Rob is a benefactor to various charitable organizations championing educational initiatives, humanitarian causes and constitutional protections. 

Rob has significant multi-cultural experience having lived and worked in Russia, Czech Republic, Spain, and the Netherlands. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Missouri, an MBA from Webster University and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. Rob joined the Connectria Corporation, a global IT services provider, in 2013 as its Vice President & CFO with oversight of finance, legal, tax, human resources and strategic planning. Prior to joining Connectria, Rob was a litigator and court-approved mediator with The Strobing Law Firm LLC from 2007 to 2013 and Brown & Brown from 2006 to 2007. Rob graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006.  During law school, he clerked for the Missouri Attorney General’s office within the Consumer Protection and Labor Divisions. 

Prior to attending law school, Rob was employed in various management positions with The Trane Company, a division of American Standard, Inc.  Said positions included Vice President of Finance & Controller, Worldwide Applied Systems Group, 1999-2002; Financial Director, Moscow, Russia, 1998-1999; and Controller, North American Commercial Systems, 1995-1998. Rob’s volunteer experiences include serving on the Board of Directors for The Bridge Outreach, 2014-2015; Governing Board of Directors for the University of Missouri Alumni Association, 2011-2014; Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Missouri & Southern Illinois, 2011-2013; a Sponsor of the Hilde Back Education Fund, since 2013; Development Volunteer for the International Women’s Association of Moscow, Russia for the period of 1998-1999; and as a Math Tutor and a Big Brother Program Volunteer at Edgewood Children’s Center for the period of 1989-1990. Rob’s professional admissions and memberships include the Missouri Bar, since 2006; the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), 2006-2013; the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), 2006-2012; and the American Civil Liberties Union since 2010
