August 3, 6 pm: Testimony Tuesdays Summer Series: Op-Ed Training: So you want to speak up and speak out? Join us on August 3rd from 6-7:30 pm for our Op-Ed Training. Op-eds are a vital way to spread your message far and wide to publications across the state and beyond. It is an important piece of the puzzle that offers an opportunity to educate and inform a large audience about an issue in the community. They can help sway public opinion and, more importantly for this topic, dispel common misconceptions about CRT.
August 10th, 6 pm: Testimony Tuesdays Summer Series: Testimony Training: So you want to testify? Join us on August 10th from 6-7:30 pm for our Testimony Training. When bills are proposed in the state legislature, there is an opportunity for members of the public to voice our opinions for (in support of) or against (in opposition of) it. Testimony is a very important part of the lawmaking process because it gives community members such as you a place and time to advocate for policies directly to representatives.
August 17th, 6 pm: Testimony Tuesdays: Panel with Judge Wolff and Reps. Paula Brown & Ashley Bland-Manlove: So now what? Join us on August 17th from 6-7:30 pm for our CRT Panel with Reps. Brown and Bland-Manlove and Judge Wolff. We are pleased to provide the opportunity for you to speak to your State Representatives directly about this issue. From the perspective of an educator and the Black Caucus, join in on the conversation, provide your input, and bring questions!

March 11, 6 pm: Poder de la voz: How to uplift stories of Migration for policy change: Public hearings during the Missouri Legislative session gives you an opportunity to express your opinion on an issue in a formal way to the deciding committee. Offering oral a powerful way to uplift stories of Migration for policy change in our state. Join us to learn about the process of providing testimony and tips for sharing your story.
