Malin v. Missouri Association of Community Task Forces

The ACLU of Missouri filed a Sunshine Law-related suit related to the quasi-government organization. Any organization serving in a governmental role, and whose work is paid with for with tax dollars, should be held accountable to the same standards of government transparency as Missouri’s Sunshine Law demands. Malin filed freedom of information requests to several agencies in Missouri about their mission and expenditures and several of them refused to cooperate.
