The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri Foundation, Inc. (ACLU-MO), seeks a full-time Legislative Associate (the “Associate”) to support the advancement of ACLU-MO’s policy goals in local and state legislative forums, lobby elected officials, build coalitions, and engage ACLU members, supporters, and volunteers in realizing the ACLU’s mission through the legislative and campaign initiatives.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri, Foundation Inc., “ACLU-MO” seeks an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This full-time position will keep our nonprofit running securely, compliantly, and efficiently across both of our affiliate offices. This multifaceted role will manage our IT vendor relationships, safeguard our data privacy and security systems, and assist with critical HR tasks including benefits administration and payroll. Additionally, they will serve as the administrative anchor for our Board of Directors, ensuring high-level organizational compliance and governance while coordinating facilities and operations across both sites. This position reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director (DED).
