Volunteer Opportunities - GOTV & Election Day

Election Day is in 5 days! Missourians will not only vote for candidates for president, senate, house, and for state offices, but they will also be voting on constitutional amendments, including amendment 6 (the voter photo ID Constitutional Amendment).

Election Day is in 5 days! Missourians will not only vote for candidates for president, senate, house, and for state offices, but they will also be voting on constitutional amendments, including amendment 6 (the voter photo ID Constitutional Amendment).

We are seeking some stalwart volunteers to help us with educating the public. Please read the opportunities and descriptions below then, fill out the volunteer form online.

Pre-election Canvassing

This is the last weekend before the General Election on Tuesday, November 8. Join us for three days of intense GOTV efforts and do your part to educate St. Louis.

Sunday, November 6, 2016

  • Time: 2 - 5 pm
  • Meeting location: Parking lot behind Cicero's - 6691 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, 63130

Election Day poll volunteers

We need volunteers at the polls talking to people about their voting rights and why Amendment 6 is wrong for Missouri.

We will be handing out materials at the following polling stations in South St. Louis County:

  • First United Methodist Church of Webster Groves located at 600 Bompart Ave N, 63119
  • Webster Groves Recreational Complex located at 33 Glendale Rd E, 63119
  • Maplewood City Hall located at 7601 Manchester Rd 63143
  • Queen of All Saints Church located at 6603 Christopher Dr, 63129
  • Rogers Elementary School located at 7700 Fine Rd, 63129
The ACLU is managing polling places are in south St. Louis County. We are partnering with the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) at polling stations in West St. Louis County and with the Organization for Black Struggle (OBS) at polling places in north St. Louis City (Ward 22). Please help us share information about voting rights and why Amendment 6 is wrong for Missouri on Election Day.
