Alayna Jones is joined the ACLU of Missouri team in October 2025 as an Executive Assistant, bringing robust organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to the fight for civil liberties. Alayna holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), providing a strong academic foundation in the systemic issues at the heart of the ACLU’s work. With a background in complex logistical management and high-level strategic support, Alayna specializes in creating the operational clarity necessary for mission-driven leaders to succeed.
When not working to protect constitutional rights, Alayna is an avid book-nerd who loves reading and spending time with her Morkie pup son, Gatsby. Alayna is thrilled to be joining the team and looks forward to bringing her special energy and diligence to the cause.
