Vice President

Annette is the assistant general counsel and the chief diversity officer at the Missouri Public Service Commission specializing in public utility regulation. She has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and is a retired major for the United States Army Nurse Corps. In addition, she is an adjunct professor for Missouri Baptist University where she teaches legal and business ethics and human resources. She currently serves as vice president of the Mound City Bar Association, vice chair of the Trustee Ministry at Central Baptist Church and on the Missouri Bar IOLTA board, which regulates trust account funds that are distributed to help the underserved pay for legal services. She previously served on the Girls, Inc. board of directors. Annette is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law.
