"The government's identification of a free speech zone in downtown St. Louis should not be confused by protestors or police as limiting the right to protest elsewhere.  
 
While it is a nice gesture that the city has set aside a small space where protestors may choose to gather, we must remember that parks, sidewalks and other public spaces are also places where people can freely express their First Amendment rights."
